I know you might think this is strange, but I really connected with this essay and saw what you see. I, too, have asperger's syndrome and everyday is a complication other people don't have to face. I haven't read anything before that was written by someone even remotely similar to me and I am grateful that now I have, because it helps me remember that there are some people in this world whom I can relate with, that I am not truly alone. XD

Ironic as it seems, if we *did* ignore the shades of grey then we would never be able to read your story and accept it as as much a valid way of thinking as anything else. Or was it meant to be ironic?
