It's really quite remarkable. And of course, I heartily applaud the message of this. And I suppose, since the aliens won't be our redemption, we must try to fix ourselves. And sorry, simply because I must respond to the review below on the of-chance they return here. Of course it's right to criticise a religion! It's right to criticise everything. Respect, if you feel the need, the decision of a person to follow something, but one must always criticise an idea/theory, even or especially if it's personal. It's the only way to progress! |
| Olivine 2006-03-31 ch 1, | abusewow. this is both funny and enlightening. we were actually talking about something like this in social studies. we were being introduced to WWII, and our teacher was asking us something like 'do you think its right to criticize another religion?' and when we said no, he asked us 'okay. well, what if, in another religion, you were sentenced to death for wanting to be converted into another religion? would you think thats wrong?' and most said yes. well we all did. and he said 'well thats you criticizing another religion.' he had a smug smile on his face and everything!! well anyways... thats what youre poem reminded me of. of course, you and my social studies teacher are both right. anyways, keep on writing ~~Wintertigress-:|:- |
