I very much like the contradiction you put on the second the last line. 'And the agony is beautiful.' I also enjoyed the rhyme scheme. And the imagery...GREAT!

This was an amazing poem, but I have to disagree; true love is perfect in it's flaws. Today, the word love is thrown around a lot, but if love truly exsists between two people, they will fix any problems with thier undying love. Your poem, to me, describes the illusion of love: a strong friendship. Sorry

Beautiful imagery. I love the way you describe love. Of course for some people love is the most beautiful thing that could ever happen. But for others, love is not so beautiful. Great job.
