This was a very well written excerpt out of a girls life. I really liked the dialogue and the way you protrayed the father/daughter relationship through it. I like how she was afraid for a moment that her father would pull away from the hug becuase my father was like that and it is a weird feeling to experience (someone who obviously loves you but pulls away from your affection).

Anyway, excellent grammar and spelling. I don't know if everyone gets the point of this and it is probably why no one has reviewed it yet, but it is good and you can rest assured on that note.
