I think that saving Sora when she was a pup is very honorable, and I am so sorry that your time together was ended in such a tragic way. my dad told me that the reason so many people shoot coyotes is because, in the winter, they starve and freeze and are worse than dead, so I am so glad that Sora was given a good home in her lifetime.
