I like the poem a lot. It doesn't cloud the reader with too much description, yet each word impacts as if it was written out in 40 pages. My only suggestion would be to not have your poem's end breaks on words such as "and" because when the reader pauses there it emphasizes it, and its better to emphasize a stronger word.

What happened to the forgotten child? nicely done, ending abit sudden but wonderful work.
