Funny and true. FYI the "when I am old I shall wear purple" is called Warning.

Wow, that kind of bent my mind. But in a good way. Like, you're young (I gather) and you're writing about being old, but when you're old, you'll write about being young... It's great.

Besides that, it's just a great poem. I'm not much for poetry, I'm more of a fic gal myself, but this is one that will be added to my fave's list, along with you yourself.
