It seemed like you were really trying to emphasize that it was futuristic, instead of just letting the natural flow of the story take the reader there. I like the usage of Romeo and Juliet to signify a forbidden love.

I like the name of the country, Pandora, because it's like Pandora's box. And I like how they use bodies for fuel.
