I thought it was going to be something that was like the rest of the poem (with lots of imagery), but you surprised me, which is a good thing (good to have variety, keeps the reader guessing, and it makes you're style unpredictable). "Fire, my wonderful friendly companion,/beautiful though the damage it’s done." very pretty, love poems about fire... so much to write about Great job! |
