Ironic Presence

ch 1,
I really, really, REALLY liked this poem--nice use of the paradox! You win my GK Chesterton award of the day (he was a paradox master).
I understand it, but do I fully? I will have to come back and analyze this poem some more. It is definitely worth studying. Paradoxes are so fun to unwind! And so worth the while--I find that it is much more satisfying to use a paradox to describe things than say things outight because sometimes there is no word to describe one thing; but two seemingly opposite words sometimes describe more adequately one idea than one word describing many ideas. Am I right? Or am I just insane? lol

That was lovely in its obscurity. It reminded me of that movie "Mirrormask" (excellent, by the way). I don't know what you mean about it being unfinished; it seemed fairly conclusive to me. However, if you want to share your concerns I would gladly do my best to help.

Well, I’m not sure I can make sense of this, so apparently I’m neither a genius or a psycho. However, the diction you used in this piece is simply gripping… in a dark, desperate kind of way. There is a lot of interest imagery and some thought-provoking paradoxes in this that I really like. This is definitely interesting, pleasurably fanciful, and creative in all ways… but I’m not at all sure what it means.
