This is a great story. It brings the characters to life. I like the last two lines. They speak to me of sadness and loss without stating sadness and loss. You have a gift for characterization.

Okay, I've probably written you more reviews than I have anybody else in a year. Either way, I'm loving your story-like infusions into your poetry. It's very fresh and at times, surreal. Particularly like the description of men, their wives, their private tellings and their own, cryptic connection to the character talking at the end.
