i know that poetry is supposed to reflect life in the first place, but i think you did an exceptionally good job of it- i think we all fake smiles until we can't even muster a facade anymore. i'm like that, at least. i'm guessing you're like that too. maybe we all should write poems about tearing down the walls and taking off the masks, not as realistic but as hopeful. it's a possibility, i guess.

sorry, i guess i'm rambling now. i think it was a great poem- i loved that it seemed rough at first, sort of just something you might sribble as it popped into your head, but then a deeper meaning flooded in and made me really think and consider. so good job!
