oh...my...flying...riceballs...in one piece of writing, you just summed up my ENTIRE life! except, thankfully, i have a small escape in my "home" and that's my room...kinda...well, the BEST i've read in a VERY long time...i love it and i really hope you never stop writing.

I understand this is supposed to be a review about writing, but since this is something else, I will comment as such. Feel free to disregard what I say if you like; I know it's none of my business:

Your thoughts on love can easily be justified when you look hard enough. Given what I KNOW of your experiences it's very easy to understand. I've had failed love; I've even been joe before and had my heart broken. I've learned something however. Love has two sides. One side is cruel, heartbreaking, a lie. We think we're in love, but it's not really love. The other side is the real thing, and it does really exist. No matter how many failed experiences we have, or how many couples we see fall apart, there are always many more that work out the way they should. It's easier to believe in love when you have it, and much harder when you are alone, or when you've had bad experiences. But if love ever does turn out to be cold, and a lie, then it will only be because people stop believing in it. Then, there will only be lust left, and lust is not love.

i really really like this its sorta depressing... but it really makes you think. at least it made me think. i've moved a lot too so i don't have memories in my house, so i see where you are coming from there. i liked this poem a lot, i dunno why. :)also, thanks for reviewing. ^.^

I comment not as a critic of this reflection, for i am assuming that it was not meant as such. I only wish to say that you are not alone in how you feel. I myself can relate quite well to it. That may come as little or no comfort, but there it is.
