i agree. chapter 1 was quite short for a start, but somehow it gave an air of mystery to the story. you might want to add more on the next chapter, though.

The story seems like it could have potential. The summary got me interested as well as the title. All I can say is lengthen the thing out. Chapter One was way too short and there was little to no detail within it. Just lengthen the story out, add some detail, and please give your characters a lot of depth and emotion and I think this story could be a worthwhile read.
