I liked the voice of this piece. It reminded me very much of interviews I've seen on the History Channel by soldiers who have lived through war, and the way they talked about things. Just one typo I noticed: "They eyes stayed with you, too." Everything else was very well written.

ooh, great descriptive parts, witht eh gore and stuff. the bit about the blood formign pools on the ground was really...chilling, yet awesome =)
