Okay wow. kick-ass story, as I'm sure you know.
Very mature writing... with the right amount of youth thrown in. Although I did notice that with one or two of your other stories too.
The fact that sophomores in high school sounded so mature and dealt with a lot adult themes was a little surprising. I'd probably peg the maturity level somewhere between 18 and 20 rather than 15 to 18. But i do realise that Donovan and Piper wouldn't have had quite so much time together if you'd actually written it like that. Then again.. kids in the US do seem to be growing up a lot faster than people out here in India. (OR... i'm feeling VERY old right now *grin*)
I like the character development and that you did that for almost all the characters. Also, i'm glad that the story didn't chronicle every moment the two of them had together.
Oh and its nice that your female MCs seem to be really strong, independant characters. I'm all for woman empowerment :D

I know this is freakishly long review. But its 3 am and i've finished my reading quota for the day with this story. hehe.
