thinkTwice Nfall 2008-01-23 ch 5,	abuseAWESOME START! I personally like how you're easing into the story even if some of your other readers don't. So many stories jump right into the action, so it's nice for a bit of change. Plus, it helps build up the suspense, right? (Not the mention the character-building thing.) I hope your story continues to be as good as it is now. I read your series before this one, and I was disappointed with it. It started out strong like this one, but then the story about Shelley coaching the team turned into just Brandon and her bickering or Brandon trying to win her over. The whole football season was practically passed over except for the one or two chapters dedicated to their important games. - Pretty disappointing considering that even though it was supposed to be about Shelly being a coach, she wasn't shown as one much after the first maybe 5 or so chapters. You also showed less action and more dialogue, so it kind of took away some of the spark in the story. Anywho, I'll end my mini-lecture/rant/complain-train here. I love your writing, (because in spite of all of the things I didn't like about your story, you really do have talent) so keep doin' your best! I'll be waiting for your next update! :)
