amazing job. i liked the arrangement of the second poetic line, "Right near the water i was"i dunno, it stuck out to me, and made the poems flow very smooth. easy. i liked it's message and the powerful, frank and strong words -dug, bravely, foolishly, beat, knocked.

the slight rhyme helped the flow as well.
