I'm not quite sure why, but these were my favourite lines:

I can see the light

The letters are stained the black of night

Maybe because of the way they rhyme :)

I really enjoyed this poem! I'm from the Reviewer's Alliance but I don't mind about the competition - just a review for a review is good by me :)

I love it how emmathree said it was dangerously close to romantic... I almost pissed myself laughing!:p But I can easily see how it it coud be romantic (because I am in fact, occasionaly a hopeless romanic). Um... so in the romatic sense of the poem and just between you and I, (in refrence to the poem) will you allow me to be a part of your world?

... I'm actually shaking enough that I can't type :( sorry...

Hm... I'm not sure if I like it or not... lol. Interesting, for sure.

I like this one the most out of your work, I think.

It's very plain at first glance, but has a certain otherworldly quality that I didn't quite expect.

Although it borders dangerously close to romantic, considering whose world you're talking about.

This was very beautiful- ethereal and serene. :) Thanks for your review! That's a great idea; I hadn't thought of it. I suppose I'll just pick a favourite time period and go off of that as best I can. I'll see how well I'll do. If I get enough good ones I'll make a collection of sorts to post.
