Apologies for not reviewing your earlier chapters, but I was too caught up in the awesomeness.

Your writing style is hilarious, but with just the right amount of seriousness injected. The whole Asian thing totally reminds me of the k-pop craze currently going on in Singapore (which is where I'm from - your Singapore-based chapters made me happy).

Love the name Vannuys, by the way, it's deliciously unusual. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next chapter!

This is a great story and this last chapter made me laugh. Vannuys and Renee are so cute. Hm Amsden had a moment there were he was a bit creepy. Will any thing come of that?

Oy, I was finally able to read this update. I was stuck in Mainland China with no internet forever, so I'm wonderfully glad to be back in good old Hong Kong with our wireless. I love how Renee is such a matchmaker in this. :P This is actually strongly reminiscent of my group here in Asia. We're trying to matchmake two of our team members by leaving them alone a lot and sitting them next to each other at dinner. How funny!

I got a weird vibe from Amsden at the end of this chapter... I can't tell if he was trying to hit on her or just wanted to get her even more silly drunk. Hmm, we'll see. Furthermore, my brother does the "I'll whatever your watever!" all the time too, and we started doing it in my team here and confused a lot of the locals. How weird that this story is somewhat mimicking my life. :P Are you stalking me? ;-) We also started saying "Wai" when we answer our (crappy) cell phones. More than once we confused a Chinese person into thinking we spoke Cantonese. Ah, good times.

Anywho, good chapter, and I can't wait until Vannuys and Renee see each other again!

I've read the whole thing and it's fantastic, it's so different but still similar to those girls falling in love with lead singers. I like Renee, she's a great character and I love how she's so open to being a crazy fan girl. I'd like to see more of Van, he seems a tad flat to me, maybe because Renee is making him out to be amazing because she really likes him.
