The word "kimono" reminded me of "Memoirs of a Geisha." Have you read it, or seen the movie? I absolutely ADORE it! =D

oh, it did entertain me so much. it reminds me of my mom, because she refuses to "age with grace" (as they call it). she has so many gray hairs- mostly from me :D- and she just got her hair dyed blonde yesterday. but i refuse to let her forget her true age! anyways, great poem, it was very entertaining. i should show it to my parents... they're ancient... :)

This was soo sweet & funny. being 17 i can only relate to some of them, but my mom is turning 50 this year & it made me think of her.. very cute poem.. tahnks for your review

I don't think 40 year olds wish they're infants. I would think more of 20 to 30...y'know, prime years... but anyways.

The clothing idea is cool! It IS interesting to see how a person's taste changes over the years...:) It sounds like a model woman's ideal life...posh and luxurious and all family-career-friends-freedom.

The last line was good.^^ It tied the poem [?] off neatly and it was a surprise. And injected humour into the whole thing. ^^

Oh, but as an ad on tv declares, your life BEGINS at 40! Hahaha.
