in places, this feels less like a poem and more like a film-like flashing sequenced images, sounds even. I like it. good for you-I have a much harder time letting go of something good... I am impractical and I hate waiting. maybe I'll take your advice, though-try to believe. great piece.

You've got a great message in this poem. The way I understand it, you're telling people that every time you fall in love, it's not necessarily the first and last time: little Tommy from second grade may not be the long sought-after-but-missed soulmate.

Nice job on this. You have a very interesting structure. I can't quite figure it out, but I appreciate it more if I don't try to understand it.
