I love this.

Echo and her tale with Narcissus is probably up there as one of my favorite myths - aside from The Ravishment of Persephone myth which is, of course, my all time fave (iadorethatgoddesomuch) - and you tell her tale so . . . hauntingly. It makes my heatache, to tell you the truth; the poem itself is bittersweet and unrequited and like the myth, its an experience all its own.

So lovely. So very lovely.
