Wow, so... I really liked this one. The meaning of the names was changed subtly, made more or less literal, and it suddenly sounds like all of the insults we throw at ourselves day in and day out. Great work.
One thing you could perhaps work on is the climax that it seems to be building to. The ending line should perhaps be..i don't know, more dramatic? Either way, it was really good.
