The rhythm here is amazing. When read aloud, it nearly has it's own tune.

Lady Isabella De Luca 2006-06-24 . chapter 1
The poem has a very nice rhythm to it...it is fun to speak out loud!...Their lives were lost in a distant haze, As if they were but passing phase;...is one of my favorite lines. I hope you didn't experience these voices while walking the moors celeste or I may have to make a few phonecalls...LOL. I love the poems theme, the whole concept of time and how it passes so fleetingly to be forgotten is alluring AND depressing, which, was just was i was in the mood for! It is funny because the moment i read your summary i had the picture of you walking the moors like cathy in wuthering heights and when i read my mom the poem...she likes your poetry...she was like.."it reminds me of wuthering heights" :) As satisfying as your poetry is to read though celeste, i seem to be hearing some voices too, calling for...what is that...oh yes, PATH! Have you abandoned it? Hmphh! :P

aw I love this poem! I'm glad that you kept up the constant rhyme and rhythm because sometimes it's like we'll start ryhming and then by the end of the piece we've entered freestyle. Anyways, I love this! I hope to go to England soon :) Have a nice day!
