Beyond the "what do you thing", this poem is quite blatantly simplistic. It's one that fits in with modern life, music, then the darker chant "I hate you", something one who isn't familiar with Bedingfield may not understand. But nicely done nonetheless.

Interesting...very emotional, more so than the original I would say.
