I like the short lines and kinda choppy style in this poem it works really well. One question though, in the line "I put the compass in the chore for safekeeping", is "chore" supposed to be drawer? I figured drawer made a little more sense. Other than that great work and thanks for sharing.

I love the title for this...this piece is well done... i think weve all gone through this stage in life.. well described.. i like hte whole compass thing
