If a poet gets teary writing a poem, then that poem is truly something of worth and value. And this one is truly a moving poem, I really loved it. :)

This is well written. The last stanza though has a typo. "And keeps reminds me of the moment..."

Did you mean "keeps reminding me..." I get the impression this could also be (if it wasn't) a poem about suicide. Good job.
