fantastic words! it sounds so smart!

I liked the beginning it was very "I don't take shit from anyone" but then towards the ending, it began to sound like a rant...good job on creating the tone and atmosphere though.

This brings out a lot of emotion, and you got me (and probably any other reader) hooked on to the poem in the beggining with the language.

Nice job on expressing your right to be who you are. The language wasn't really need to get your point across. I'm sensing you were angry and set off by something in your life and that's why it's used frequently in this piece.

This brings out SO much emotion it's brilliant. I too am quite thin. *Looks at nonexistant ass* yes, I'm pretty much reminded everyday about it with other girls putting their fingers around my wrist and such. It really truly is pointless. For christs sake! The wrist is the thinnest part of anyone's body! Don't look at that to base whether I'm anorexic or not. I can understand where you are coming from and I love the points that you bring up.

Too true. I like the line "fight for yours; don't ever try to take away mine"

Normally I don't like profanity in literature, but you use it effectively and it only contributes to your poem. Nicely done.

This was amazing; I completely understand what you're trying to get across in this poem..I can't stand people hating on me because I'm the image of what people call the "right thing." And I can't stand hypocrites who need to tear others down to bring themselves up. Lovvee it!

Well it's nice to hear an opinion from the other...side? I can understand where you're coming from in this. But rather than point fingers, why not join hands? Racism is definately ignorance and just plain stupid, but believe it or not, there're black people who are racist against other black people. sound crazy? Yeah, it's true.

I get taunted because i'm lighter, i get taunted because my hair's real and because i'm not a plus-size. I commend you for addressing this topic in the first place, becuase it is something that we all need to fight against.
