I’m going through and reviewing some of the work of the people who have listed me as a favorite author, as a small way of saying thank you. So here’s your thank-you review!

This is very nice. I like all the questions posed to the haunting presence – they make the speaker seem desperate and frightened. This piece made me think of that dream everyone has had: being chased by a monster you can never see but you know is there. I find this poem to be inspiring – I may write something in the future that was inspired by this piece. If I do, I’ll be sure to mention you in the author’s note.
