Reviews For: Little Bookworm
Evenunderscore 2007-01-19 . chapter 1
I like the poem. Ryme does not matter as much as content, and this poem spoke volumes. All I can say is that your seat will always be warmed, and some of them probably really do try to be friends but don't know how. Continue to be a little book worm, one day it will all pay off.

Striking a chord within one is right! I have felt the same way, just quietly sitting on the side, waiting to be called on if needed, but otherwise "invisible".

I, for one, am content this way. Maybe it would've been cool if you had also done this poem in such a point of view (like, more your personal point of view than a general one...it's hard to explain, but do you understand what I mean?). But the way you did it I like better, actually. Just the way you told it was interesting, understanding. That's the impression I got.

Also, the line 'your seat is all warmed up' is what really caught my attention. The impression that it's already waiting, the daily expectancy...I like that.

I hope you write poems, etc., more often!
