Hey, good story. I like how it shows the eternal quality of the 'first love' as well as the difficulties of building a relationship - the commitment required. The heroine has to move on for herself. She feels empty because so many memories have become obsolete, but she knows she needs to move forward to build a new life and be a complete person again.
