SpawnMeister666 2006-07-25 . chapter 1I understand most of this. I have been known to throw a book across the room when one of my favorite characters has been killed in the past and scream in my head at the author.
I think that's a sign of a good book, someone who actually makes you CARE about the characters, as opposed to just using them to pass a couple of hours or the duration of a particularly long dump.
Or is that just me?

2006-07-21 . chapter 1 you are right. i put all of my emotions into what i'm reading. if the book is good i find myself emotionally exausted. good description. |
Story-Teller's Aide 2006-07-20 . chapter 1Wow, this made me both smile and think. I've never really considered the question before, of what it is that I feel when I read. I guess I just feel myself become one with the book, and you're description of making love probably reflects my own experience! |
TetsuoTsubushi 2006-07-19 . chapter 1...I want to say you are wrong, but you are so right. Listen, I know we just had fun, and sure, you can smoke in my bed if you want, but I won't be calling you tomorrow or another day...
In short, Great. |
bunnyrabbit228 2006-07-19 . chapter 1I think you put into words what all readers expierence with a good book. I thought the idea of comparing it to making love was an intresting metaphor. Nice work.

duckmaster 2006-07-19 . chapter 1I liked your point of view and some of the similes you used "reading is like making love with a book". It expresses your style of writing real well and again your opinions were nice. I look forward to reading some of your poems.
