Powerful story, but the end seems rushed. Perhaps it would have been stronger if you had explained why Katherine's parents converted or why they didn't want to be christian in the first place.

This was a good story that held my interest. my husband and I have the opposite problem. He and I are Christians, but my son claims to be an atheist.

i must say that i enjoy this piece. i have not found many christian pieces that i enjoy reading but this hits close to home.
