Very good! It had that somber, slow, and reverent feel to it that goes great with church descriptions. That last line really tied it together, too. It's odd that such a contrasting line would have that effect, but it did. I'm a little jealous that you got to go to Paris, but I'm sure I'll get over it. Hey! Theoretically, I know French!
