This is really good. You did a great job sending a very powerful message. This is my favorite part:

"I secretly hate my son./I absolutley love my daughter./But I'd still do anything for them./Aren't I such a good father?"

I thought that part was especially sad because it shows how the abuse affected him all his life and affected his kids' lives too. It also shows how he is trying to be different than his parents were but at the same time is very troubled.

Very powerful poem.
