Aw, a really sweet poem.

A lovely poem. I like the last two lines of how they end with a final note. Bearing a hint of grief and yet that hope of seeing the person once again. And how you used the repeat line of 'With you forever' to a certain thought. The wording also helps add to the soft emotions carried in this poem.
