ch 6,
haha, I did find myself a little bit confused. I blamed the coffee, however. Then I realised that I was drinking de-caf. Well, there you go.This was entirely too short. Complaints galore. I was reading and then I smiled and then it was over. I feel like I'm dying for the plot to really progress because the way you've been introducing the character, it shows great GREAT potential to what's coming.Update soon!Cheers!

oh my good Lord. When I got to chapter for I was like...what...no *weep* and then five came along and I was ecstatic and then here I am again and I really hope your writer's block fades quick quick quick.

Way to go!Cheers!

Once again, good job with description! I love this story- it has so much potencial to become one of those "epic-length" tales with twenty or more chapters. So please write a lot more, we'll be waiting.

Hey there! I like what you have so far. However, it seemed as though you could have added a little bit more to those two sections- or at least combined them into one chapter.

If I were you I wouldn't jump into Rose's affair right away. I'd work my way up from childhood, to her teen years, to her young adulthood- showing your readers what makes her the way she is.

If you need any ideas, feel free to leave a comment in one of my own stories. And, only if you you want, you can review one of my works too! But the last part is optional.

ch 2,
I like your style, though the small paragraphs get a little jerky and can be frustrating. Try to extend your paragraph length :) Your use of dialogue is also good. There is something sing-song in the tone that reminds me somewhat of Charles Dickens (or maybe that's just because I'm reading 'Bleak house' at the moment)

Keep posting. I'm not into romance to tell the truth, but I'll keep reading nonetheless.
