Reviews For: Transparant Memory
Sita Fuoco 2006-10-10 . chapter 1
Once more, a wonderful poem. I wish that I could read Dutch, for I believe that reading a poem in it's original form is the most accurate way to portray what it is one's trying to put across. Regardless of that, this poem was equally delicious to my mind. I love the first stanza, because it's so calm and vivid, that one can't help but see such a beautiful image.

Also, now that Fall is coming in, 'The memory of a Summer's Shower' almost makes me miss summer, because, boy, do I love the rain. However Fall is a beautiful time as well, of course.

I love the theme and mien of this poem. it really makes me think, and things that make me think I tend to like. Expanding one's mind is always a positive thing, whether it's creativity or a hard math problem. But this, is wonderful, as are the poems I have read of yours. Wonderful write, and, kudos. :)

Off the topic, Tears of the Moon, I believe I deleted from the site because it's not exactly a good poem in its poetic elements, however it did have sort of the same theme, you just portrayed it a whole lot better. It's all in the words, I suppose. :) Thank you, again, for reading my work and reviewing it so kindly. It is hard to find now that a person truly reads something, and can comment on it.

Hmm... I like this translation, yet I prefer the original one... Perhaps because that was the one I read first... Who knows... :) But you did an incredible good job translating it! It is really beautifull! :) As I already said... :)
