I'm not good with poetry, but from what I gathered from the slight sarcasm, you're trying to talk about our fear ridden society, and how we are being afraid for the wrong reasons, because what we feared is already happening, has been happening. There is a very nice flow, and some of the lines gave me shivers. Ones like, "Sisters, stockpile your weapons, 'cause I hear that sale onthe nuclear Armageddon survival kits at Wal-Mart won't last long." and "Kill not. Hurt not. No man is an island, no matter how bighis peninsula. No child left behind, no woman left last in the (welfare) line." I loved it! |
