You kill (nearly) everyone and make them into zombies, have Mia become She-Devil-Bitch herself, and have a zombie and human try to settle there shit to find some semblince of peace? Enough with the plesentries; great imagry, great characterization, great, well, everything. The way you make Jack seem all powerful but at the same time completly human, is amazing. The love story, that was (I'm not going to lie) a little corny in the beginning, now seems flawless. Maybe it just took you 3 years to perfect the feeling of love?

Either way, great story, and this chapter is one great chapter. I'm not going to lie, the part with the unknown religious man and Buddy, was incredibly saddening, and important. I loved it, but hated it. Buddy and hime really did a number on the heart strings.

Anyway, great work man, never let this one die down. Here's to hoping for more great work, friend.

Well. Let me start off by saying, you are one sick, twisted fucker. And I love it. =D

I am determined to get to the end of this amazing story, even if it isn't tonight... I'm hella tired so I figured I would leave you a review in the chance I fell asleep.

So. Onto the review. I love how you make it seem, almost every chapter, that someone dies. It makes the story-line that much more complicated and suprising. I am still waiting on Jack to turn, and how he has lasted 15 chapters while infected is beyond me. I'm sure there will be an explaination in further chapters I have yet to endulge in, so I shall'nt question further. I really hope that Stacy and this new group find her friends. I'm not one for those sappy, endings, but seeing all that they have been through, I think they at least deserve that much.

Well, onto the further chapters. It's really good by the way. =D

I love the part about Mia. Wonderful imagery. And the part where Ricky tells Stacey about the survivors in the Santa Despora Mall, and how the events surrounding the virus forced them to examine their souls was thought provoking.

Wow...this story got me hooked since after reading the prologue. Clever characterization, amazing imagery and description, and awesome execution of suspense. I love the atmosphere and your portrayal of the Zombies/victims of the virus. To me, they're scarier than the ones I've seen in movies, video games, etc. and the descriptions gave me a horrifying image.

Your characterizations are realistic. I love how the main character isn't the indestructible-learns-new-skills-insanely-fast Mary Sue. Each of your characters have their own flaws, even Mia and Ricky and for that I shall you give huge props.

I look forward to the next chapter when you're able to.

Please tell me you're going to get this published someday. I will buy a copy or ten. I can't wait to see how you're going to end it, but i expect it will be spectacular. You don't write anything half-assed.

Man, chapter 30 was the absolute funniest. Especially the part where Jack, who is kinda decent I suppose-mainly because he’s strong as hell but I don’t think I’ll ever forgive him for fucking that rotten bitch Mia, [by the way, “she was just there” does not justify putting your dick into another girl! Stupid Jack..] but he did like ‘atomic-bomb punch’ that bitch. So its all good, for right now. And plus, that centipede scene was downright gangster. Yeah, so I guess I like Jack.
And if Stacey doesn’t help out in the situation, which I’m kinda guessing she’s going too, but if she doesn’t then…that bitch needs to go. &&Ricky is fucking annoying, can’t wait for him to get his, but admittedly hilarious. Went from Mia to Stacy? ‘The Mother’ won’t like that too much.

When I first saw the summary for this, I was hesitant to read it because there's about a million other zombie horror stories on this site and most of them suck. So, I figured I'd give it a few chapters and if it didn't impress me, I could always just stop reading. But I was impressed. (:

Oh my fucking god! Holy shit you finally updated! I love you! Ok, maybe I just love your sory, because if I loved you it would be a bit creepy, no? Anyway, it was fanfuckingtastic and if you wait as long to post the next chapter a you did last time I will probably explode or go insane and it will be all your fault! Do you want my insanity on your hands? (: Anyway, I do have a question. In the first chapters, it was in first person POV. Then, it switched to a different person's pov and back again, whic I can understand, bt then it went into third person pov. It's kind of a stupid question, but why did you do it like that?

I can honestly say that this is one of the best pieces of horror fiction I have ever read. It's past five in the morning here and I am still up. Determined to finish this fascinating work, I stopped watching Repo! The Genetic Opera, ignored my fiance's phone calls, and signed off of AIM - all things I would normally never do. You captured my attention from start to finish.

Throughout Arsenic Kisses, I laughed, cried, moaned, groaned, and spat out vulgar words in frustration. You truly held on to the essence of the zombie apocalypse while twisting it into a grotesque, obscene version of your own. I also admire how you portrayed teenage angst and drama in the horrific world portrayed.

I am now your biggest fan. Forever this story will remain on my Favorites.

Seriously, this story is so fucking good.

This is not the ordinary zombie stories where the survivors only shoot and shoot and ran out of ammos.
The thing with mother-whateverthefuck and Ricky being the king(?) and the zombie all hailing him is awesome. They're just what IZ always wanted in a zombie story.

And for Jack,
I don't really pay attention to him at first and thought he's going to either die or infected. and I was right, he got infected.
But somehow, after he fucked Mia and got infected, I started to like him. Hell, I think he's my favorite character now. xD
in the previous chapters when Jamie and Mia saw him and his mind was taken over by the virus, i was like, "oh shit, oh shit, no, NO JACK NO!" and died.
Ok, so when he started blabbering and being weird, I breathed a sigh of relief. At least he's still alive lol
but then when Jamie shot him I went all NO bitch NO again.
Then he got back to normal and I officially become a fan of yours.

also, about the relationship between Jack and Jamie. I don't really like it when a story started when the Heroes are already lovers but then I read.. and as I read your story, I really like their relationship now and I hope they will be together until the end. *mushy*

Maybe I have said this before but the Mutation/Evolving thing with the Mother figure and Ricky being some kind of alpha male/leader is REALLY GOOD. I LOVE THIS STORY!
