We think sometimes that our words won't hurt another, that they are impervious to what we say...for they do give that impression of being stone cold. And yet, when we do see the hurt, we feel their iciness melt, and then spread to us like some sick disease...for we become the "seemingly" heartless insensitive one. Ugh.
