no.peace.los.angeles 2007-02-17 . chapter 1Oh, unrequited love. How sad. I love how the repetition feels like you are going faster and faster. Very nice. And then the last line - tragic. Nice work. Keep writing! :) |
phthalo blue 2006-08-19 . chapter 1Beautifully simple and the last line, well, that just added everything. Great job. |
poetic abortion 2006-08-18 . chapter 1You portray it beautifully.
I nearly cried despite myself (that and I'm watching South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut! so angst/depressing poetry won't make me cry for long), because Cartmen is hilarious.
I love this. The last lines are just so beautiful and really strike a chord in me and the title is just brilliant. It's lovely, pure and simple.
Your poetry makes me feel (everything). Love it; I really am addicted to what you have written. Itissoamazing! Seriously.

Nietzschean nightmares 2006-08-18 . chapter 13:55 AM, so my comment may not be the most intelligent, but if I wait until the morrow I might forget/procrastinate. This is quite a beautiful poem. I like it not only because of the way it was written, but also because of the way it was arranged. I think both your words and the imagery (contrasting bold, italics, etc.) aided in this poem's impact. It's bittersweet, in a way, conveying such hope and hopelessness simultaneously. It works on so many levels; truly lovely, dirtywindows. |
diffident 2006-08-18 . chapter 1This poem speaks of such an unfortunate situation, but you portrayed it beautifully.
