A. J. Krautwurst 10/8/06 . chapter 1you're rather self-deprecating for someone who writes such vivid poetry. the images in this are beautiful! |
Wafcake 9/9/06 . chapter 1 Maybe not my FAVOURITE poem by you (hey, there's a lot of stiff competition!)but still, very very good. i cant pull a keshava on you and comment allseriously on teh metre, etc, but i know what i like and i like! i like ! i dontknow how you write such good poetry *sigh*. i get first singed copy of yourbook, kapish?and for my birthday, could you write me a poem? that's all youand open your eyes sad girl and realise that the sun loves you agreat deal more than you know!love you |
Neverlander12 9/9/06 . chapter 1Wow, I so got lost there. And yet, I love it! Woohoo! *laughs* Sorry, a little sleep deprivation high going on here. Woo..okay, calmed down. The "dead fox made into fur" and "tracing paper that I'd love to crumble" kinda threw me off. There were a ton of great elements for it being such a short piece. The imagery, the flow, the diction and word choice- it was all fantastic. So, taken at face value, without any analaysis of the deeper meaning going on there...IT'S STILL A FREAKIN GREAT POEM (and I'm not just saying that b/c you flattered me either). Smooches-Wizzy |
crazy dog events 9/7/06 . chapter 1first, I have to say thank you for your extremely flattering reviews. You made my day, really. Secondly: I like this. The imagery is slightly off-kilter, and that just works for me. I love the line about the fox stole. |
RobHemmens 8/27/06 . chapter 1Lovely poem, simple and seemingly effortless, nice imagery. No criticisms at all really, top stuff. |
