The manager of a POW camp found that if he removed the troublesome 20% of population(either by locking them in isolation or by execution), that the remaining 80% could be left nearly unguarded without any fear of them attempting to escape.
It's a truly sad commentary on the human race. I have a theory that explains it. I beleive in reincaration so I accept this postulation as true. There are 6 billion people on the planet. We have more people alive now than have ever been alive at any one time in human history. If you accept reincarnation, then what souls are being reincarnated? We ran out of humans a long time ago. My personal vote goes to goldfish...
