Much like what the greymalkin said, I think this haiku could have been written in a more creative way. As it is, it reads more like a fact than a poem. It does have a nice imagery to it, though like I say it I just think it could be written a bit differently. Keep writing.
Simple but nice. Personally, would like to see this poem written in a more abstract way, but to each their own, hey? This has a peaceful feel that is perfect for the poem. Keep writing!
