I must say you have a very good grasp of the English language for a non-native. There are some wrong tenses and a few confused words but the only thing that has really confused me so far was this line: "His expression had become petrous." Now, it is to my understanding, that petrous is an adjective relating to the hard dense portion of the human skull that contains the internal auditory organs. At the moment I am having trouble relating this to a facial expression. Clueless, you might even say. Would you mind clarifying? Not that this is a huge deal, but I /would/ like to know.

I was browsing for a story and I came across yours, and how happy it made me! Thank you! Or should I say, Danke? Hahaha...

I love the German language (and I wish I could take it in school, but we can only take one language, and mine is Spanish. *Sigh*) On the bright side, my rather unhealthy obsession with the German band Tokio Hotel has led me to learn some German by myself so I surprised myself with getting most of the German spoken in here anyway! Hahaha.

Okay, I am going to stop rambling right now. Or actually, I will after I mention that I laughed when I realized...it was Hunter's sister, yes?...there was a character mentioned with my name. PROPS TO MAGGIE. Haha.

Wow this was REALLY good! Kaiser was so adorable!! And it was interesting to learn the German. Not that I'll remember it. I speak French but that's it (for now). Congrats on getting published. It's a really big deal! Keep up the great work!

Okay, maybe I went a little overboard there with the adjectives, but I just had to let you know what I thought.

For someone who's first language isn't English, you write a lot better in it than some people who have been speaking it all heir lives. I'll admit, here and there through the story, I'd pick up on words that wouldn't be the ones I'd use, or I'd see used often, but it still made sense.
I'm so glad that you do write in English. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to read your wonderful-ness.

How bad of me... I've been so busy reading, that I forgot to review I don't know how many chapters.

But now...

I can't believe that River's father is gay! well.. actually I can, but I didn't expect it... and to a George! I'm about as shocked as River.

An, oh, River's mum is so very lovely. I love her for being so understanding! I love you for making her so understanding!
