'i've reduced your face to dark shapes and light space' -- absolutely gorgeous. i love the imagery, it's perfect. 'stretching through the hollow air pushing past as through a womb' -- the image of a womb works perfectly here. it's gorgeous. 'wrapped in the illusioned still of these ever-dancing particles' -- beautiful. 'i've bent your whisper into the susurration of leaves' -- oh, again, just gorgeous, and 'the bright exhale of rain cracking through each breath of wind' is flawless. i would quote the rest of the poem, but it would be redundant, as i have no criticism. i wish i could give a more helpful review, but this is flawless and just stunning. i love your writing -- you have a way with words that leaves me speechless. your imagery, the way ideas and images fall into one another, it's gorgeous. i adore your writing, and this is definitely a favorite. please keep writing. |
