I am glad that I have learned a new word today. Even more than that, I am glad that it tangentially led to the discovery of this splendiferous poem, which, if I may make so bold, I consider to be among your best. It is somehow pared down, and therefore shiningly honest.

Nice poem. I love all the little details you give in this, how I can see the entire scene laid out in front of me. I really love "I'd rather tap the beat of miscalculation" and "like speeding cars through the gridlock." Original and interesting. Fabulous work. Keep writing! :)
