Wow, that was creepy. But in some wierd way, I think I'm going to like this. I hope you'll keep writing, although you started it a long time ago :)

While the concept of incest is generally disturbing, it seems to crop up in vampire tales quite frequently, highlighting at how they are humanesque, yet not human, and so they change the rules in their own monstrous ways.

The details were nicely written and the point was put across well without being overly explicit, which I think can often ruin a story.

Though I'm wondering if this is a short one shot, or if it will have a follow up.
